No internet

This is about the 5th time in the last 2-3 weeks that the internet cuts out around this time, the last time I requested an engineer come out but by the time they came it was back on, tried resetting the box and following the steps but still nothing

@Cp10  Are these disconnects happening at the same time or just all over the place? Did you try to run the broadband test to see if it can find the fault?
