No internet

Hi I haven't had internet since Sunday morning. The router works but only has a green light on power and wifi and amber on voice. I've reset it and checked all the wires but it still doesn't work. 

I've done the connection test and booked an engineer but they won't arrive till May 1st, this is way too late as we wfh and need internet access. 

I'm going to try and call sky and ask for a new router as thats what the test results indicated but any help in here would be useful.

@Benooooo May 1st seems a very long delay even for Openreach I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session see if they can get help sooner. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
