@Laura163 this is not a broadband issue as such but if your email account has been hacked change your password with your provider to a secure password you are not using on other accounts. Most of the better email providers like Google have help,pages on what to do if your account is compromised. This is the link to Yahoo who operate Sky's customer email services says
