My internet connection has dropped out, however test show there is no issue, I have followed steps to reset router check cables ect
please advise

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@James160716 if the connection test in the My Sky app run iverca mobile connection is not telling there is a known fault affecting your line call Sky and report it.
