I am having the problem of connecting my tablet to my Sky WiFi. All other devices are connected. T

My tablet is not connecting to my sky WiFi even though its connecting to other WiFi. All other devices are also connecting to my Sky WiFi. I have tried all possible means of having it connected including rebooting the tablet.

The error it's showing is Failed to connect to network.

Sky hub model is Hub 6    SR213-02-UK-wht-VP1

Its quite common for Chinese products like this to struggle to connect, you may need to split the WiFi bands of your router

You may also need to ensure that your router is not using channel 11 or above as some Chinese chipsets do not connect to higher channels.
