My internet has not been connecting all day - there are two Green and two orange lights on. Other people in the area are reporting similar issues but when I check my connection on my account it says no issues when there obviously is !

day 2.5 of no internet. I can't find anyway of getting in contact with Sky and I can't work without internet !

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

It's saying no issues but it's been ongoing since Friday - others in my area are also reporting problems
