I'm also having similar problems. Connected my Sky hub to the phone line as per the instructions. I can connect to the WiFi but It's saying there is no internet connection. I've followed all the troubleshooting stuff but it's still not having it. Not sure what else to do.
Any help/suggestions appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mmmatty loss of service after midnight is probably due to overnight maintenance work. If so your servicecshould be back to normal this morning.
