I'm also having similar problems. Connected my Sky hub to the phone line as per the instructions. I can connect to the WiFi but It's saying there is no internet connection. I've followed all the troubleshooting stuff but it's still not having it. Not sure what else to do. 

Any help/suggestions appreciated.

I have a new router and somethings connect and some dont any advise never happend and not happy

I have no internet same and says allnol on servive check says have wi fi and power. No phone or internet

@Mmmatty loss of service after midnight is probably due to overnight maintenance work. If so your servicecshould be back to normal this morning.

2 green lights on my Internet but no Internet tried turning of then back on no joy followed the instruction on the sky go on my tv says no Internet connection
