No internet

We have just had fibre installed today. 
I have done a reset on router and all lights are green and app is showing good WiFi/broadband etc. 

However my phone will only work in the room right next to the router and as soon as I leave room cuts off. 
We don't have any network coverage here and WiFi is only way I can phone out which I now can't do. Please help

@Shelley781 Are you referring to WiFi calling ? Are you picking up the WiFi network on your mobile for browsing etc
