@bkiefc25 It would help if you gavve some details but assuming your Sky hub is not connected run the service checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection which will tell you if Sky arexaware of a fault affecting your line. If not while the checker check will take up to an hour to pick up the line drop but once it does it will walk you through some steps before offering to book an engineer. Alternatively call Sky queue to speak to an agent who will take you through the same steps.
