No internet

Have no internet, have only had this issue since going over to fibre. City fibre box says all ok. No internet light on sky box and orange on voice. Broadband checker says all ok in area and for my broadband. Anyone know how to fix this?

Same! Started an hour or so ago, Milton Keynes - Buckinghamshire. My account says everything is fine and working etc. Hub has no light for internet and amber for voice. Green for power and the one next to the voice one (hub or WiFi?) seems lots of similar posts!

Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
