No internet

Turned Q box off for 30 seconds. Held was in on router but still not working

@Bobbyjo  Your post is a bit confusing, what are you having an issue with as Sky Q is a satellite TV box not a broadband hub.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
