No internet

I have made complaint after complaint. I have rang 3 times inb24 hours. I work from home.

 

Internet does not work.

 

I have told you several times I have no Etherley cable plugged in.  I have only a phone line. Where should the Internet be coming from??

 

I will be taking this to court I paid a contract which you changed I have a recorded call I said £21 per month deal. I pay you 24.50. You did not honour it.

 

You services say my Internet and WiFi are fine I HAVE NO INTERNET MY TV RUNS ON INTERNET I CAN NOT DO ANYTHING 

 

 

YOU CAN TAKE THIS MESSAGE AS EVIDENCE ALONG WITH MY 3 CALLS TODAYVI WONT CALL AGAIN YOUR POOR WORKERS WORKING IN BULGARIA CANT DO MUCH FROM THERE!

@Rose881   I'm afraid by posting here you are not contacting Sky, threats to "Take it to Court" won't get you anywhere as your pnly directing it at other customers.

 

Without knowing anything about your property or about what you actually ordered you would need to proivide some info:  Please post a screenshot of the results removong any address/cabinet data  https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome

 

The community can then tell you if you have a FTTC or FTTP connection.   If you have FTTC your broadband hub connects to the phone line, if it's FTTP it connects to an ONT.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
