No internet

The city fibre internet is not functioning and my house now have no wifi. Any ideas how to fix this

There is a problem with sky broadband and they ask to call customer service but when call nobody is working to assist.

@Arifazis Sky is now closed for the evening, tomorrow morning 8am onwards they start again!

Yup tried calling and the only engineer available is next monday.. what kind of support is this. Need to wait 3 days without any internet and tv at home. Frusterating

@Arifazis 3 days is not much to wait considering your on a  domestic service with all the SLA's it entails, you need to read the T&C's you agreed to.

 

No domestic ISP offers next day fault repairs or attend on a weekend

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
