No internet

Over the weekend I've been having issues with being told that I am not connected to the Internet.

I have tried all the online tips, trying to reboot etc, turning all appliances off etc, occasionally it comes back on for 5 minutes & then it goes again, leaving us unable to watch any TV.

Can someone advise what to do next, as this issue is driving me nuts

@Agad00 Two things do you see anything with regards to the hub and links below for you to go look at, service checker will let you know by now if area fault that is affecting just more than you!

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby

This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs

Re: No internet

I've checked both my broadband & my WiFi, & it says there are no issues.

Well I can assure them there is an issue, as I can't see any TV

I thought after rebooting the router, tv booster & mini box, it would have helped.

I can't even get to speak to an actual person. After over 23 years, I'm on the verge of cancelling my contract, as I'm not receiving the service I'm paying for.
