No internet

I have had previous issues with not being able to connect to my broadband and have had an sky engineer at my property to install a boaster. This no longer connects and I'm having problems with connecting to the internet.

Hi @Hildaberrylewis 

If your booster has lost its connection you may want to try power cycling it, resetting it and/or moving it closer to your hub to see if it comes back to life
