No internet

Open reach all 3 lights ok check, power WiFi light on sky hub check but no internet whatsoever tried everything. Called sky they sending out a new box but will that be the issue. I work from home due to illness and need the internet.

I have moved your post to the broadband board. 

Just remember that Sky broadband is a domestic subscription so you won't receive any additional or quicker support if wfh.

@Miche3618  If Sky are sending a new hub there isn't much the community can do to help.

 

You'll need to wait for thr new hub to see if this resolves the issue.

 

PS working from home does not give your service any greater priority, so if there is a fault on the line itself and the new hub doesn't resolve your current issue you'll need to report it and then allow at least 2 working days from reporting for the fault to be fixed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
