No internet

No internet and I've done all what it says to do and still nothing. It's been like this all day.

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

After running the test it should take you through further steps if it hasn't found a fault on your line outside of your property so have you done this ?

I have and I've connected sky and they can't get it to work either so they are sending a engineer out. But thanks for your help.

Re: No broadband for two days

I'm having the same issue and I ring sky and they don't see nothing there end but are sending out a engineer but won't be here until Tuesday.
