No internet

Just under an hour ago my internet stopped working.

i have unplugged, left it 10 minutes, tried again but still nothing.

The middle of the lights on the hub is solid orange instead of flashing green.

i have used roaming to connect and run your line test which says all is fine with internet when it, obviously, isn't.

It is down on all devices.

Please help.

Same for me. Service says all good but clearly not.

@etcobb & @Neil19613001 Loss of connection between midnight and 5am is often down to essential maintenance on the network. If that is the cause your service will be back up in the morning.
