No internet

We have no internet or sky apps due to all the lines been cut in our village. By a large truck

Can we get a credit from sky for not having internet for 3 days now ?

When your service is restored you should qualify for a broadband credit to be applied to your account but only if you have reported this issue to them:

If you haven't yet then I would do this as it does say on that link that the credit applies if you have contacted them about the issue.
