No internet

Hi,

 

I've just changed broadband from BT to Sky. I've plugged in the new router and I only have the power light and WiFi light on but no internet light? Have tried another Ethernet lead but same fault. Any idea? Thanks

When was your activation date with Sky was it today as this can take place at anytime throughout the day right up to midnight.
