No internet
I've done all the check on my sky broadband and it's not showing any issues, but there is a red light lit up on the router into the property. The big white box. All green lights on the sky router.

A red light on the ONT box indicates an external issue which Openreach will need to investigate. In this case you will need to call Sky who can then arrange necessary works.
