Good evening,
I hope everyone has had a great Xmas.
I got an email saying that my boardband has been changed but I was out and not home.
orginally I had someone come from sky to install this update which was a new cable but they said on arrival they can't do it on there own as it involved climbing a ladder.
i was out the house today and had an email saying my boardband had been connected and welcome to new boardband.
Now I have no internet along with other issues. Once arriving back home.
who can I contact about this please

That would be Sky,
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Thank you for your quick response, I appreciate your advise.
im currently on a live chat to someone from sky but they're asking me to connect to the boardband which is not possible.
I've asked if there is someone that could call as this would be easier.
is there a mobile number to call that's 24/7 please
