No internet

I have done all the tests and checked my line (which says all fine) but we have no internet. This has been going on for days

 The sky q is constantly dropping out of connection so all the mini boxes stop working and need resetting several times a day. 

we've had the same router for years so could we need a new router? 
also says not a secure connection 
please help
