3 green lights but no internet connection. This has been happening on one off for days. Have rebooted everything but still no internet

I got in touch with sky and they said my hub is faulty and have sent out a new one. I don't think it's the hub as the wireless is fine. The internet is an external source. It shouldn't be anything to do with the hub.
