We have had no internet since Saturday an engineer came to the wrong address and left again I'm trying to run a business and no internet is a serious issue

Sky do have business Internet plans which offer better support than domestic. If your business is reliant upon a good Internet connection, they might be worth checking out.

@Glenn34 If you are a Sky Business customer then you need to call them as this forum can only supports domestic customers. Standard Sky broadband is sold for domestic use while you can use it for business that use is at your risk.
You need to follow up,with Sky to check what is happening on your issue. Around 80% of domestic faults are cleared within 2 full working days from the report innthe balance compensation is paid see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

I use it mainly for domestic I have no internet for the sky glass or any other devices again an openreach engineer came to the wrong address
