Internet suddenly gone off. No lights at all. Using 4g, on your site says no issues in this area. So bit confused

That bit of text is perpetually misleading because it's referring to the absence of a wider outage affecting multiple users, and absolutely doesn't rule out a failure in an individual circuit to a particular address (which is most often what's actually happening)
