No internet

The power  light on my black box is green and the internet light is off  and I can not access the internet or use my apps on tv. I have run the network status and I am not connected to the internet. I have turned off everything and back on, I have followed instructions and disconnected at the wall and put back in after 5 seconds making sure it clicks. No joy, still not working.

@Angela1976 if the service is still down this morning run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if it tells you Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky and report the loss of connection.
