Hi there my internet is down all day in NG10 area. Anybody have a same problem??

Do you have any means of calling sky

I called them. The internet is down all day. I have a engineer visit Thursday. I have a sky glass and I can't watch anything till Thursday

Do you have an external freeview aerial you could use in the meantime . Afaik know there should be a uhf coaxial input

Well, that would be the implication of choosing to use a streaming television service.
As @cookiemonsteruk indicates, Glass has a DTTV tuner. To get that to activate you'd need to switch off the Glass WiFi (or disconnect ethernet) and have an aerial attached: in a strong Freeview area an indoor antenna might be enough.
Glass will also work with a suitably fast cellular internet connection, but be aware of the significant data volume which would be consumed.
