I have had no internet all day and now have a message on my sky tv saying "Sorry, because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem.
any help on this would be very appreciated as I've had no end of issues with my sky since installation and had no help in rectifying it.

We've had the same issue. With sky for 16 years no issue and now no WiFi. Engineer keeps cancelling which is so annoying

Agree my daughter ordered it but has cancelled now after seeing the problem were having and gone with virgin instead
