No internet

My hub has green lights for power and WiFi but not internet. I have checked all connections and it says all good but it is not as I have no internet. Need to get back on urgently to work!

Same issue. I called sky, he said my road is showing an Internet outtage.

We are CM3 postcode. I can't find a number you can call to get an engineer?

Go to sky TV settings click that then network connection,  follow those instructions and you'll get the number to call.

I have 0333 759 1024, might be different for you, but give ut a try

No internet since 7PM. Here in HA5.

Internet dropped once yesterday. About twice today afternoon, has been off since 7PM or so and has not returned. Power/wifi light is there but no internet light.

My partner and i have only just lost connection in this past hour. Wifi but no Internet. I had a look on the app however the app is 'under mantainace'. No Netflix,  YouTube, Spotify, regular streaming channels , Disney+ all just show a black screen. Reset the router and reset the sky box along with the tv manually and yet still no result. I expect a main wire or something was broken

I'm in Oxfordshire and nothing, really annoying as today is my work from home day and I now have to go in to the office!
