Our internet is down and won't connect, tried the fix it things but still won't work, sky says book an engineer and because it's the weekend I'm expected to pay £15 for it or alternatively not have use of the internet from the weekend?! Surely that's bad customer service, even BT didn't charge if it was their issue to fix! Trying to find contact for complaining to maybe an email if any ideas please? Thanks

@Bex0613 Sky have charged for weekend appointments for a while, i have no idea if others do or don't as i've never had cause to request a weekend appoinment.
You realistically have only 3 options, pay the fee and get an appointment, pay the fee get an appointment but also put in a complaint and request the fee be refunded or wait for a non chargeable appointment.
