No internet

I’ve had no internet all day. 
the power light and WiFi light on my router are green but the internet light is red. My sky app is telling me everything is fine but I can't connect to anything. 
any ideas?

I have exactly same problem with hole day, when I checked status in my area it's showing everything is ok, when I diagnose my connection is telling I should book engineer and pay 15£ extra because of weekend.Sky should fix problem not try to charge you extra
