@RiRi86  What does this link return?  https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there's a fault it should allow you to log it.

Faults can happen at any time and are usually outside of the ISP control, unless you really believe Sky have done this to you on purpose?

BTW you're not tagging Sky in your previous posts so you would never get a response from them.

Re: No internet

you're reply is NOT helpful i dont need a service checker when i can clearly see the issue is with sky, ive contacted them on every platform!   So unless your suggestions are methods of regaining services i dont need them!

If the fault is on the Sky network then it will not be fixed until Openreach are tasked to the job and that will not happen until Wednesday onwards so posting on here will not get it fixed any quicker if you have already reported it.

Openreach does not work on domestic services over weekends or Bank Holidays, so Wednesday will be the first day for them to investigate external faults, and they will then have a limited window before the next Bank Holiday weekend.

In that case I'd strongly suggest investing in failover to cellular data: no fixed-line ISP can provide service when either cabling or some other equipment upstream of the address has failed.

@RiRi86  Have you logged the fault with Sky? They won't know anythng is wrong until you do, the link I posted would have helped you log it.

If the fault needs to be fixed by Openreach it will mean no internet until at least the end of the week.
