need help not had Internet for 2 days now and no house phone and seen something has had a chew on my wire that comes into the house how do I get round this getting fixed as I am paying for a service and not getting what I paid for thanks in advance

Yeah I have reported to sky but 5days for engineers to come out and that is not even to my house that is to look at the mast and connections from boxes which is a joke
