No internet

Tried everything displayed online. Nothing working just want to speak to a person!

Is the internet light amber?

What area are you in?

 

You would need to contact sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone to report the fault

@Georgia1310Have you ran the broadband test, this will save you having to talk to someone.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

  • When using the numbers indicated carefully follow the advice here - you will be asked if the call is to do with mobile say "No"
    You will then be asked the nature of the call say " Technical "
    You will be offered a text to the number you are calling on, say "Yes" and a text will be sent DO NOT hang up when it says to do so.
    It will then ask "do you wish to hang up" say " No" you will then be put in the queue for an advisor.
