Discussion topic: No internet

No internet

The activation date was Wednesday  but I have no Internet.  I have a green light for power and wireless but an Orange light for Internet on the box. 

I tried calling the set up phone number but the text messages are unhelpful.

Have you checked your orders in the My Sky app to see if there is a problem or delay?
