No internet wifi

Loss  of internet but all 4 green lights on  router are working and checked sky app and states all WiFi broadband etc working fine all green lights - however can't get anything? All remotes not woking either ?????

No Internet again.. seems to be a current problem with sky which is driving me mad.. every night!!
