No internet to some devices
We had a brief power cut three days ago. Since then, we've been unable to access internet on one or two devices - the rest are fine. We have two Chromebooks and one is fine, the other has WiFi but 'no internet'. Our Sony TV will only play YouTube, but nothing else will load (BBC iPlayer, 4, Amazon Prime, Netflix - all not loading). My husband's work laptop couldn't connect to the internet this morning so he's had to go in to work, when he'd been planning to work from home today. Our other devices - Apple iPhones, one Chromebook, MacBook etc all seem completely unaffected by the issue.
We've checked the internet and WiFi (apparently fine), run diagnostics, and done a factory reboot of the Sky router. Still the same problems. In fact since the reboot, I can no longer access the Sky broadband website via our desktop computer and have had to come onto my smartphone in order to write this message. My emails and other websites seem to be working fine on the desktop, but it now won't open the Sky website! What is going on?
I think this happened a few years ago and Sky provided us with a new router. But I can't seem to speak to anyone at Sky, and have been directed to this forum instead.

Re: No internet to some devices
Further to my earlier post, it's not just the Sky website that I can no longer access from our desktop computer. It seems I can access gmail via web browser, and websites with a '.org' address, and can perform google searches and get a list of results up, but it won't open websites ending in '.com' or '.co.uk'
TV apps still not loading. Our heating in an outbuilding is also controlled via internet, and that's not working.
