No internet to TV only

I have no internet on TV. WiFi on mobile phone is good and home phone working.

Have you turned your TV off then back on again or gone into it settings to see if you can set the internet connection up again ?

I've tried all of the online help.

An engineer has been booked in for next week hopefully to solve the issue
