I can't get internet . The three lights are on accept the last voice one is amber . Don't understand if the internet light is on why it's not working .

This is usually a sign of maintenance or a fault and you can tell which by running the Sky App and doing a broadband line test in the app. When it finds a fault it should allow you to book an engineer to investigate the issue.
