No internet, the broadband checker said everything is fine, but still no connection

For last 2 hours been trying to figure out why I have no internet. Lights are on green. Payments are up to date. Weather outside isn't bad. Broadband checker said everything is fine yet in currently using mobile data to write this. Hub turned off and on at the wall so thats been tried
