No internet, secured

Hello

 

Can anyone help, I am at home working. Well trying. But my laptop will not connect to the Internet despite saying it is connected  - can I do anything. It's like it's blocked

@Emma414 it is likely that while connecting to the hhub's wifi the laptop's network IP settings are incorrect so it is trying to use settings the hub does not accept. Make sure the laptop's settings for the Sky connection are set together get  the  settings automatically from the router.
