No internet, secur

No internet, secured - laptop whilst working from home cannot connect to wifi, although it appears there is no issue with WiFi box. No other devices connect to WiFi including mobile phone and iPad so not a laptop issue, a network issue!

@PotterB  Can you follow which router you have for the lights on the router to see if there is a solution to your issue.
