Every single day between 1-3 in the morning i have no internet and were im a streamer i stream roughly 12 hours aday from 6pm to 6am and i cant seem to continue my streaming schedule with my internet constantly cutting out its been happening now for a week straight

This as many people have put on here before I think is when maintenance is done I believe as less people are on line, there are other people who have committed on this on here before

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@WelshGamer while you can lose connection for periods overnight when equipment is taken down for maintenance that is comparatively rare. However if you are still on a copper connection the DLM equipment in the cabinet serving your line automatically monitors your connection if it detects changes it will reset the parameters around the time you report which will cause a brief loss of connectivity.
There are other housekeeping tasks Sky do overnight so unfortunately you cannot guarantee your streams will be continous. As mentioned thiese essential tasks are done overnight to inconvenience the fewest users

Sorry for the late reply I had the fibre line put and there wasn't any outages at all I check that out straight away I always do and having the gigabit internet I still have issues such as not having the correct download speed on multiple devices and also struggling to even connect from time to time

Ok that's strange I have had my gigafast download since January this year and have not had any issues at all sorry you are having these problems, if you have not already done so ring sky and talk to an advisor, when you ring and the message says it's sent you a link would you like to use it say no and you will get to talk to an advisor. I have always done it and got through to someone hope this helps you
