My sky glass is not working. My WiFi is not working
blue screen with no internet connection on sky glass and puck.
internet hub is orange light over internet.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@KimberleyHol If your broadband is down then obviously so will Sky Glass/Stream as those are delivered over your broadband connection.
First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Again today same issue. My broadband is down but the tests on my app and on the online website are telling me my connection is fine and that there is no issue.
when there clearly is.

broadband test says everything is fine. No issues in area or on my line. Connections are fine. But obviously not. This has been almost daily since switching in September. I keep resetting my broadband hub.
