No internet on tv

There is an error message on screen advising me that I have no internet connection. I go to settings and follow the instructions and all 4 green lights display on my router. However I still have no Internet connection abd as such cannot for instance access any of the audio channels

Have you rebooted both your TV and you broadband hub if you other devices like your mobiles are working without any issues ?

No problem with mobiles ,tablets or laptop. TV working as per normal and router showing all 4 lights as green. Only problem is the error message on screen and inability to access audio channels.

Apologies but I can't access the Internet on my laptop and I've tried all the suggestions. The lstest error message on my laptop tells me that my Wi Fi adaptor isn't responding
