No internet on 2nd floor

There is no internet on the 2nd floor so my son can not play his X-BOX or connect to sky tv. He has brought his X-BOX down into the living room. This isn't ideal as no one can watch sky tv now. Can you send me free internet boosters to plug in as that's what we had off our last internet provider.

The internet fluctuates in and out when watching films in the dinning room which is next to the router. My daughters bedroom and our room on the 1st floor is the same. We have to switch the tv off and start again.

This is the worst internet we have ever had. It's costing a lot of money a month to not be able to connect.

Sky you are really hard to get in touch with too, I rang and was told to email you. This is the only place I have found to be able to contact you with.

PLEASE HELP 🙏🏼

@LyndyMin68

Not sure where you were told that as Sky don't use email for general communication.
If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

You can't order anything via the forum so give Sky a call. To call Sky dial 150 (free) from your Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).

The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

You will have to call Sky, as numbers above.

Sky do not communicate through email, what you were told there was incorrect.

Assuming you have the Sky Max white hub.

Sky do provide Sky pods, that may help you.

They can send them to you as part of the Sky broadband 'enhanced wall to wall WiFi' offering or even send a broadband engineer out with pods to get your wifi range working better across your house.
