My broadband has decided to stop working. The internet light is off and the voice light is orange. Have tried everything suggested on the website and nothing is working. Sky customer service is useless.
can someone help?

If you run the service checker in mysky app using mobile it should let you book an engineer if it detects an external fault

Hi, says that there's a problem with the broadband. It then does a 'test' and then can't find a fault yet there's no internet light on.

Can't find anything major in that area.
Either give sky a call first thing tomorrow or drop us a note here if its not back on tomorrow. Unfortunately skys lines are probably closed now

Yeah I'm going to try to speak to someone tomorrow. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've had issues with the broadband connection and I've only been with them since march
