No internet light, solid orange voice light. No internet connection- HELP!

Checked service status and ran tests via the app and its saying its all fine but i have no internet connection on any devices. Ive unplugged, restarted and checked all connections and still nothing!
Im working from home so this is causing a lot of chaos. Any one able to advise or help?

What area are you in ?

What broadband package do you have, fttc or fttp

I ran the test prior and everuthing was showing has connected and okay. I have just redone it and its now listed as an outage in my area (Salisbury). 

Fingers crossed this is resolved quickly!

ps @cookiemonsteruk @Highlinder  the connection has been down for over an hour now and has only just been flagged as an outage. Its saying it may take a couple of days to fix! I am sure there a many more people currently scracthing their heads!

@Bee49  Yeah this is why we asked how long it has been down as sometimes it does take around an hour to get the checker and broadband test to see a issue.

And no doubt there will be a deluge of new posts for us to deal with after people return home from work

 

I would advise if you haven't done so is contact sky to log the issue in order to be elligible for auto compensation
